It was a wonderful event that was well organized by all. This company provides attentive service. The whole family , including children, participated.

 

Up until now, I have been to Liverpool, Paris, and Birmingham. And most of all, Birmingham's management company (UKTC), and everything has gone smoothly without any problems for the participants.

 

I was able to enter the venue without getting stuck at check-in in the morning. It was announced kindly and when there would be lunch times between tournaments. The catering for lunch was delicious, reasonably priced, and plentiful, so everyone was satisfied.

 

There was also a waiting room for participants and a space where you could eat, so you could relax. The chairs during the tournament were also very comfortable.

 

My family was really grateful that the organizers thought about the feelings of the participants and organized the event. Thank you very much.
